PRIMARY HEALTH CARE SERVICE DELIVERY & 2SLGBTQ POPULATIONS IN NOVA SCOTIA
A Constructivist Grounded Theory Study
The aim of this study was to inform changes to professional health education so that healthcare professionals could be better prepared to address health needs of diverse 2SLGBTQ populations in Nova Scotia. This was done by exploring the conditions under which primary health care services are currently delivered to diverse 2SLGBTQ populations in NS. The overall objective was to understand what changes might address the barriers that 2SLGBTQ populations experience when accessing healthcare services in the NS health system.
